Maintenance/Environmental Services Responsibilities:
Perform routine maintenance and repairs on facility equipment and systems (electrical, plumbing, HVAC, etc.) Complete work orders in a timely and efficient manner Assist with painting, groundskeeping, and seasonal upkeep Ensure cleanliness and safety in all areas, including common spaces and resident rooms Respond promptly to emergencies and facility needs Work collaboratively with other departments to maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents, staff, and visitors
Maintenance/Environmental Services Qualifications:
Previous maintenance or environmental services experience in a healthcare or long-term care setting preferred Basic knowledge of building systems and tools Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety Must be able to lift, push, or pull up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks At Emerald Nursing and Rehabilitation and Rehab, our mission is to provide our residents with comprehensive health services of the highest quality in an atmosphere of dignity and respect.
