Summary We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Person to join our team at Comfort Suites. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that our facilities are well-maintained and operational, contributing to a positive experience for our guests. Responsibilities Perform routine maintenance tasks including electrical, plumbing, and HVAC repairs. Conduct inspections of hotel facilities to identify issues and ensure compliance with safety standards. Respond promptly to maintenance requests from staff and guests. Assist in the setup and maintenance of hotel amenities and equipment. Maintain records of Preventative Maintenance Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient operations. Maintaining Indoor pool Requirements Proven experience in maintenance or a related field. Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot various systems. Excellent communication skills in English. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
