Job Summary In this role you will perform a wide variety of duties connected with general equipment maintenance and facility maintenance. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Help maintain cleanliness of equipment. Help maintain cleanliness of facilities walls, floors, ceilings, fixtures and exterior of building. Trash removal and recycling duties. Complete scheduled preventive maintenance (PM’s) orders as assigned.
Aid with pick-up, delivery and storage of essential materials on-site. Completes necessary steps and paperwork as per current procedures.
Helps train fellow team members on tasks and processes. Maintain appropriate production levels of supplies (gloves, hearing protection, etc).
Observe and report equipment problems, housekeeping issues and prescribed safety precautions and hazards to maintenance planning supervisor.
Must comply with all Company work policies and procedures.
Follow all safety rules and safety procedures.
Other duties as assigned based on business needs. Additional Responsibilities Education High School Diploma or GED required Work Experience 0-3 Years of experience. Preferred Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Must be proficient at basic math and able to read and write. License and Certifications Travel Requirements 5%: Up to 13 business days per year Physical Requirements Medium-Exerting up to 50lb/22kg of force occasionally and/or up to 20lbs/9kg of force frequently, and/or up to 10lbs/4kgs of force constantly to move objects.
