Position Details:
Live-in role – apartment provided Weekly paycheck Must be on call 24/7 Responsible for general maintenance and emergency repairs
Requirements:
Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, painting , and general property repairs Must be dependable and able to respond quickly to maintenance issues Good communication and organizational skills Driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred This is a unique opportunity for someone who takes pride in maintaining the charm and function of historic homes.
