Maintenance and Painting Apprentice for Property Manager Harrison Richards, Inc. 120 East Montgomery Avenue, Ardmore, PA 19003 Begin your career with us! We are looking for hard working candidates that are eager to learn new skills. Our skilled team can teach you skills in plumbing, electrical, painting, and carpentry. Everything you need to know to perform maintenance and complete kitchen and bathroom renovations. This role will consist of tasks like assisting in demo, painting and preparing apartments for new tenants, and assisting with kitchen and bathroom renovations. Our lead candidate should be able to work hard independently as well as on a team . If you are self directed and pay attention to detail, working with our team will satisfy your goals and give you ample opportunities for advancement.
