Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

PLUMBING

• Light general maintenance including plumbing

PAINTING

• General painting interior and exterior
• Change light bulbs/ballast and ceiling tiles when necessary
• Complete assigned work orders for general maintenance and hvac

CARPENTRY

• Light general maintenance including carpentry

ELECTRIC

• Light general maintenance including electric
• HVAC
• Work with vendors to assist with HVAC and Life Safety systems
• Checking for roof leaks which requires climbing a ladder
• Perform light cleaning, grounds maintenance and some light snow removal
• On call when needed
• Other duties as assigned

Education and Experience:

Two or more years related work experience

Other Requirements :

Ability to communicate with tenants and vendors High School degree or equivalent required Ability to work outside, climb ladder Experience with use of tools Ability to walk and stand for long periods of time Ability to lift 50 lbs Background check and substance abuse testing may be required prior to employment
