Groundskeeper/Maintenance Worker AA Nagy Excavating and Construction Inc. Oil City, PA 16301 Overview We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Maintenance Person to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring that our grounds and facilities are well-maintained and visually appealing. The ideal candidate will have experience in groundskeeping, landscape maintenance, and the use of various power and hand tools. Manage irrigation systems to ensure proper watering of plants and lawns. Utilize power tools such as lawnmowers, trimmers, and blowers for efficient landscape maintenance. Conduct regular inspections of the grounds to identify areas needing attention or repair. Maintain flower beds, gardens, and other landscaped areas by planting, weeding, and mulching as necessary. Operate hand tools effectively for various maintenance tasks. Assist with seasonal landscaping projects and enhancements. Ensure all maintenance equipment is cleaned, serviced, and stored properly after use. Qualifications Proven experience in groundskeeping or landscape maintenance is preferred. Familiarity with the operation of power tools and hand tools related to landscaping tasks. Ability to perform physical labor outdoors in various weather conditions. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high standards of quality. Good communication skills and the ability to work well within a team environment.
