Maintenance Laborer W&K Enterprise, LLC Hartsville, SC 29550 Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be capable of performing various tasks related to maintenance, cleaning, industrial painting, building enclosures, blasting, etc. Being able to travel will be a requirement. This role requires a proactive individual who can work independently as well as part of a team, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively while working safely. Pay will be based on experience. Any experience blasting, building enclosures or industrial painting is a plus. Responsibilities Perform general labor tasks including but not limited to: industrial cleaning, industrial painting, blasting, building enclosures, hyrdo-vac excavation, maintenance services. Assist in industrial painting projects, ensuring high-quality finishes. Operate and maintain equipment (ex: forklift, JLG, Lull) Maintain a clean and organized work environment to ensure safety and efficiency. Qualifications Knowledge with experience in facilities maintenance preferred. Familiarity with industrial painting techniques, blasting, building enclosures is a plus. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Excellent communication skills. A commitment to safety standards and practices in all work activities.
