Custodial Maintenance Worker Benjamin’s Bakery 810 3rd Avenue South, Surfside Beach, SC 29575 Job Overview Receiving and Maintenance Person Needed to Work in Commercial Bakery in Surfside Beach, SC. Benjamin’s Bakery in Surfside is looking for a full-time worker to check in and put away deliveries and building cleaning and maintenance; Cleaning to include tasks like, mop floors, clean equipment, shelves, etc. power wash items as needed, scrub baking pans, and other cleaning duties. Maintenance to include both equipment and building cleaning and repair. Production runs seven days a week, first and second shift. Looking for someone mostly evenings, occasional day hours. Knowledge of floor care techniques including buffing and waxing is a plus. Familiarity with facilities maintenance practices is advantageous. Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain high cleanliness standards. Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively with team members. Good physical stamina to perform manual tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods. A positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills related to custodial work.
