The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical knowledge and the ability to interpret schematics, ensuring that all maintenance tasks are performed efficiently and effectively. This role will involve hands-on work in various maintenance activities, contributing to the overall functionality and safety of our facilities. Responsibilities Perform routine maintenance tasks on equipment and facilities to ensure optimal operation. Fabricate parts as needed for repairs or improvements. Assist in troubleshooting mechanical problems using tools such as an ohmmeter. Weld components when necessary to ensure structural integrity. Collaborate with team members to maintain a clean and organized work environment. Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to maintenance requests from staff and management. Qualifications Proven mechanical knowledge with experience in facilities maintenance preferred. knowledge diagnosing HVAC issues, minor electrical issue, small plumbing repairs, pressure washing, patch and paint repairs; General handyman knowledge. Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment, including ohmmeters. Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written. Leadership qualities with the ability to work effectively as part of a team or independently. Excellent customer service skills, ensuring a positive experience for all internal clients.
