The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical knowledge and the ability to maintain, repair, and fabricate various systems and equipment. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to providing excellent customer service. The Maintenance Person will play a crucial role in ensuring the functionality and safety of our facilities. Responsibilities Perform routine maintenance tasks on electrical and mechanical systems to ensure optimal performance. Fabricate parts and components as needed to support maintenance operations. Read and interpret schematics to troubleshoot issues effectively. Conduct residential painting tasks as required, ensuring high-quality finishes. Utilize tools such as an ohmmeter for electrical testing and diagnostics. Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to maintenance requests. Collaborate with team members, demonstrating leadership skills when necessary. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs performed. Experience Proven experience in maintenance roles, with a strong emphasis on electrical and mechanical systems. Familiarity with schematics and the ability to read technical drawings. Previous experience in customer service is highly desirable. Strong leadership qualities that contribute to a positive team environment. Proficiency in English for effective communication with team members and clients. Experience in residential painting is an asset.
