Part-Time Maintenance/ Custodial Worker Position Available In Horry, South Carolina

Part-Time Maintenance/ Custodial Worker Confidential Myrtle Beach, SC 29572 Our company is looking for a dependable person to perform janitorial and maintenance duties for one of our premier associations. Primarily, this position is outside, year round, through all elements of weather. This is a part-time, twenty hour/week position. Saturday, Sunday and Monday 6:30am-3:00pm. This position is located in Myrtle Beach, SC.

Daily job duties and responsibilities:

Maintenance duties ^ Painting ^ Light drywall ^ Patches ^ Basic Carpentry skills Janitorial duties (i.e. cleaning, mopping, bathrooms, pools, etc.) Must be dependable. Must be a self-starter. Must be an independent worker. Must pass background check and drug screen.

Physical Requirements:

Must be able to work in all elements of weather conditions, sit, stand, walk, kneel, reach with hands and arms, stoop, crawl, talk, hear, push, pull, grasp, use hands and fingers, have clear vision and lift up to 40 pounds.
