The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical knowledge and be proficient in various maintenance tasks. This role requires a proactive approach to ensure that all equipment and facilities are maintained in optimal condition. You will play a crucial role in maintaining safety standards and improving the overall functionality of our operations. Responsibilities Perform routine maintenance on equipment and facilities to ensure operational efficiency. Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems, including logic controllers. Conduct welding tasks as needed for repairs or modifications. Supervise maintenance projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within specifications. Execute residential painting tasks to maintain the aesthetic quality of the facilities. Utilize Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) for tracking work orders and inventory management. Lead maintenance teams, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality work. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and report any issues to management. Requirements Proven mechanical knowledge with experience in maintenance roles. Proficiency in electrical systems, including troubleshooting logic controllers. Experience with welding techniques is preferred. Strong leadership skills with the ability to supervise teams effectively. Excellent command of English for clear communication within the team and with management. Ability to perform residential painting tasks as part of facility upkeep.
