The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of facilities through proactive maintenance and repairs. This role requires a strong background in facilities maintenance, electrical systems, and customer service to effectively address issues and maintain a safe environment for all. Duties Perform routine inspections and maintenance on equipment and facilities to ensure optimal functionality. Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems, including logic controllers and schematics. Conduct welding tasks as needed for repairs or modifications. Utilize Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) to track maintenance activities and inventory. Supervise maintenance projects, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and quality standards. Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to maintenance requests from staff and management. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including completed work orders and inventory usage. Experience Proven experience in facilities maintenance or a related field is essential. Familiarity with electrical systems, logic controllers, and schematics is highly desirable. Experience in welding techniques is a plus. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively in English. Previous supervisory experience is beneficial but not required. A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong logical reasoning abilities.
