Our client, a leading manufacturer in the medical devices industry, is seeking Entry Level Preventative Maintenance Workers to join their team. As an Entry Level Preventative Maintenance Worker, you will be part of the production team supporting the assembly and quality assurance of vital medical products. The ideal candidate will have strong mechanical troubleshooting skills, effective communication abilities, and a keen attention to detail, which will align successfully with the organization’s commitment to quality and teamwork.

7:00am-7:00pm rotating OR 7:00pm-7:00am
What’s the Job?
Perform a variety of tasks involved in the fabrication, manufacture, assembly, testing, and packaging of medical devices.
Set up, operate, maintain, and troubleshoot equipment used in the assembly process.
Conduct quality inspections on the processing line in accordance with established quality specifications.
Adhere to clearly defined Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and quality guidelines.
Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient production and quality outcomes.
What’s Needed?
Mechanical troubleshooting experience and familiarity with tools such as feeler gauges required
2 years of manufacturing experience required
Knowledge of components including cams, cam-followers, rod-ends, bushings, and vacuum systems.
Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and push/pull up to 100 pounds.
High school diploma or equivalent required
Effective communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.
