Are you looking for a stable, full-time opportunity with a government agency? We are a staffing agency assisting with hiring two Maintenance Technicians for a direct-hire position in Union, SC.
Position Details:
Schedule:
Monday – Thursday, 7:30 AM – 5:00
PM Pay Rate:
$15.00 per hour
On-Call Rotation:
After 3-6 months, will be part of an emergency on-call rotation (Monday to Monday) with an additional $100 stipend for the on-call week.
Job Responsibilities:
Apartment turnover preparation Trash detail and property cleanup Maintenance equipment inventory Office and shop maintenance Driving a company vehicle as needed Assisting in the maintenance of 561 residential units (currently at 85% occupancy)
