Your Key Responsibilities Complete 7,000 hoursbetween the College Program and on-the-job training (OJT) in ourmanufacturing facilities Assists with monthly preventativemaintenance on machines and equipment Repair and troubleshootelectrical systems and update existing equipment Drive TechnicalImprovement activities as prioritized by production management anddefined by Process Engineering (scrap, efficiency, utilization,quality, cost, cycle time) Support small step improvements relatedto quality, costs, logistics and motivation Reduce direct expensesby standardizing and optimizing tooling and machine componentsAdheres to company policies, safety standards, and goodhousekeeping practices including 5-S standards Know and understandthe current specifications of the Quality Policy and Procedures,and the Safety and Environmental Policy and Procedures andcontributes to the achievement of these objectives Successfullycomplete, to the Company’s specification, courses of study requiredfor the Associates Degree in Industrial Maintenance Technology YourQualifications High School Diploma or GED Successful completion ofthe Compass Placement Test (required for school admission) Abilityto move or lift 35 pounds Applicants must be authorized to work inthe US without employment VISA or other sponsorship Our OfferingSalary range: $17.10 – $19.90 See all our Benefits on:www.schaefflerbenefits.com
