• Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on plumbing, electrical systems, HVAC, and mechanical equipment
• Diagnose and troubleshoot issues across various systems and perform necessary repairs or replacements
• Fabricate or modify metal and other materials using tools and equipment such as welders, saws, and grinders
• Complete general facility upkeep, including painting, drywall repair, flooring, and carpentry tasks
• Follow preventive maintenance schedules and document completed work
• Ensure all work is performed in compliance with local codes and safety regulations
• Collaborate with other team members and departments to resolve maintenance issues efficiently
• Respond to emergency maintenance requests as needed.###

• Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience
• in a maintenance or multi-trade role required
• Proficient in plumbing, electrical work, mechanical repairs, and basic fabrication techniques
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Must be physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs, working at heights, and in varying environmental conditions
• Valid drivers license required; trade certifications a plus (but not required).
