Maintenance Assistant Carriage Crossing Senior Living Rivergate 94 Twin Hills Dr, Nashville, TN 37115 Carriage Crossing Senior Living at Rivergate is growing our TEAM and we are looking for exceptional individuals to fill our Maintenance Assistant position. PRESEVERANCE

The Maintenance Assistant along with Maintenance Director is required to keep the residence and grounds in good repair in accordance with current applicable federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations; inventory and order maintenance supplies; maintain a clean and safe environment for residents; prepare vacant rooms/apartments for new residents and respond promptly to all repair needs.
QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum of one-year general maintenance experience. Possess an understanding of HVAC, plumbing, electrical and mechanical systems. Ability to make independent decisions and follow instructions efficiently
KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS
Safety and fire codes.
OSHA, MSDS
Sheets. A strong desire to help others and compassion for the elderly is a must. If you love to work with seniors and are looking for a meaningful job experience; we would love to meet you!
