Swimming Pool Maintenance Specialist Nashland Pools Davidson County, TN Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Pool Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the maintenance, cleaning, and repair of residential swimming pools. This role requires a strong mechanical aptitude and the ability to work independently while providing excellent customer service. Responsibilities Perform routine pool cleaning and maintenance tasks, ensuring pools are safe and clean for use. Inspect pool equipment and systems for functionality, identifying any necessary repairs or replacements. Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively to conduct repairs and maintenance on pool equipment. Maintain accurate records of service performed, including chemical balances and equipment repairs. Communicate with clients regarding services provided, maintenance schedules, and any issues that arise during service visits. Ensure compliance with safety standards while performing all tasks related to pool maintenance. Skills Proficiency in pool cleaning techniques and maintenance practices. Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot and repair pool equipment effectively. Experience using hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently. Excellent communication skills to interact with clients professionally. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Prior experience as a service technician is preferred but not required.
