ABOUT THE POSITION
Seeking a reliable, detail-oriented individual to provide regular household assistance and cleaning services for a private residence. The property is a 3-bedroom, 2-bath home with a 2-car garage on a 1.25-acre lot. Must be LGBTQ-ally, proven. Non-LGBTQ are invited to apply, but preference will be given to those that are in or adjacent to the community.

Initial Projects:
Getting furniture from airbnb into another location, approx one hour from Nashville. Position will also begin with home organization and a deep cleaning of the residence. After initial projects are completed, ongoing maintenance and regular duties will follow.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Regular cleaning and maintenance of the home Deep cleaning services as needed Furniture assembly when required Receiving deliveries and handling returns Garage organization and maintenance Lawn mowing and basic yard upkeep Garbage and recycling management File organization Thorough bathroom cleaning General home tidying and organization Occasional pickup of specific deliveries
HOURS & COMPENSATION
- 10-15 hours per week expected
- $15-20 per hour based on qualifications (see below)
- Flexible scheduling with consistent weekly hours
- Contract position available for minimum of 6 months

REQUIREMENTS

PAY SCALE QUALIFICATIONS
Your hourly rate ($15-20/hr) will be determined based on:
- Experience level in household management/cleaning
- Number of professional references provided
- Resume quality and relevant background
- Results of background check
