The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in maintenance tasks, including electrical work, painting, and customer service. This role requires a proactive individual who can troubleshoot issues effectively and maintain a safe and efficient working environment. Responsibilities Perform routine maintenance and repairs on various apartment. Utilize critical thinking ideas to diagnose and resolve issues. Operate Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) for tracking maintenance activities. Use an ohmmeter for electrical testing and troubleshooting. Provide excellent customer service while interacting with residents or clients during maintenance tasks. Conduct residential painting as part of property upkeep when necessary. Demonstrate leadership skills by guiding less experienced staff or assisting in training new team members. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a clean work environment. Requirements Proven experience in maintenance roles, with a focus on electrical systems preferred. Strong customer service skills to effectively communicate with clients and residents. Experience in residential painting is a plus. Leadership qualities to assist in team coordination and training efforts. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
