JOB SUMMARY
The Building Systems Specialist is a temporary full-time position and will perform general maintenance duties of EPB buildings, including minor electrical, plumbing air-conditioning, construction, demolition as well as parts and material pick-up, cubical teardown and replacement, furniture moving and cleaning and assist other team members with any other duties as needed.
DUTIES RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist in projects including demolition, electrical, air-conditioning and plumbing. Assist in painting rooms, doors and items as directed. Pull network and phone cables as needed. Move office furniture as needed. Empty trash, sweep and pick up litter as directed. Collect and drop off recyclables from EPB facilities. Stock refrigerators and supplies as needed. Replace air-conditioning filters as needed. Clean air-conditioning coils as needed.
REQUIREMENTS
Valid driver license and insurable driving record. 1-2 years related experience or training. Fundamental facility maintenance knowledge. Ability to lift 50 pounds. Ability to work with minimal supervision.
