UNTIL PRODUCTION IS DONE FOR THE DAY. OFF WEDNESDAY AND SUNDAY MUST HAVE VALID DRIVERS LICENSE DUTIES

Opening the plant and making sure all equipment is functioning properly before staff starts production. Repairing as needed any equipment immediately to keep production on track. Training provided for the specialized equipment, NOT for basic equipment that applicants should already have skills for. Closing the plant everyday with detail procedures for all equipment and building Fill in for Delivery Drivers as needed. Maintain cleanliness of properties inside and out for multiple dry clean locations.

Mechanical Skills Required:

Hard pipe plumbing with steel and galvanized plumbing. Cutting, Threading and fitting pipe. PVC plumbing Knowledge and experience of Pneumatic operated equipment and repair Basic electric controls, solenoids, contactors etc. Gas fired equipment experience Basic handy man skills for property maintenance Valid, no restriction Drivers License No physical limitations to bending, climbing or lifting, allergies that will interfere with job Basic Electrical knowledge and how to use Electrical Testing equipment for diagnosis of problems. Basic Janitorial duties and light property maintenance. Sweeping , trash removal, mopping, restroom cleaning all on a daily basis. Must pass drug screening and background check. Must have valid drivers license to use company vehicle to drive to other store locations. With a good driving record to be insured by my insurance. Must be able to lift 100lbs with no limitations on working conditions or hours.
