Job Description
Maintenance Assistant Manager Forest Grove RV Resort 1000 Harbin Road, Dandridge, TN 37725 Responsible for general maintenance and repairs across the resort, including basic construction, electrical, plumbing, RV site upkeep, tool operation, and infrastructure inspections. Assist in leading daily maintenance operations across the resort. Support upkeep of pools, bathhouses, dog parks, and recreational areas. Oversee and mentor maintenance crew when the manager is off-site. Ensure tools, supplies, and vehicles are maintained and organized. Respond to guest service requests promptly and professionally. Assist with emergency repairs and after-hours calls when schedules.

Full-time Expected hours: 32 – 40 per week
