Job Description
Maintenance Crew Member Forest Grove RV Resort 1000 Harbin Road, Dandridge, TN 37725 Perform routine maintenance on buildings, restrooms, grounds, and pool areas. Maintain and clean RV parking slabs and ensure site utilities are operational. Including leveling, debris removal, and minor repairs, working on water, and sewer. Mow lawns, trim trees, clear brush, and maintain walkways. Assist with minor repairs plumbing, lighting, equipment. Respond to maintenance requests from the office. Help set up and tear down for events or emergencies as needed. Splitting firewood.

Full-time Expected hours: 32 – 40 per week
