Primary Duties & Responsibilities:

Perform daily repairs and general property upkeep Prepare vacant units for new residents Maintain and track inventory of supplies and equipment Ensure tools and work areas are cleaned and maintained Provide efficient and courteous responses to management and resident inquiries Respond promptly to service requests and make-readies Operate within

OSHA, EPA

, and company safety guidelines Stay informed about company and community policies Report any unusual circumstances involving residents or property conditions

Essential Job Requirements:

Reliable transportation , valid driver’s license , and current auto insurance Must supply own tools Willingness to work on-call evenings and weekends 6-12 months of related experience or equivalent education/training Able to walk, bend, climb stairs , and work in outdoor weather conditions Ability to lift/move 25-50+ lbs as needed HVAC certification is strongly preferred Join a company where your work is valued and your potential can grow.
