Property Maintenance Technician/ Assistant Construction Superintendent Greater Sum Ventures Knoxville, TN 37922 Job description Property Maintenance Technician/ Assistant Construction Superintendent Job Overview We are looking to hire an experienced Property Maintenance Technician/ Assistant Construction Superintendent Residential and Commercial division. Responsibilities for Property Maintenance Technician Clean facilities by sweeping, dusting, spider web removal etc. Clean the windows and glass surfaces of residential and commercial buildings Pressure washing Perform maintenance and light repairs Perform routine landscaping on the grounds Paint and fill gaps or crevices (on walls, sidewalks etc.) Landscaping, mowing, weed eating, planting flowers, mulching, etc. Operate all landscaping equipment Undertake duties as assigned or emergency tasks (e.g. shoveling snow) Identify and report the need for major repairs Other misc duties related to upkeep of residential and commercial properties Responsibilities for Assistant Construction Superintendent Coordinate onsite construction activities with subcontractors and vendors Manage material orders and deliveries Maintain jobsite is in clean and orderly condition Communicate daily project status with manager Enforce safety protocols and regulations Ensure project schedule is being followed Qualifications for Maintenance Technician General construction knowledge and Experience Experience with hardware tools and electrical equipment Basic understanding of electrical, plumbing or HVAC systems Experience driving trucks, vans, pulling trailers Basic math skills Ability to use a tablet Good communication ability Well-organized and apt in problem-solving Attention to detail High school diploma or equivalent
