Position Summary:
Performs corrective, emergency, and preventative maintenance of electrical distribution, mechanical, HVAC, power generation, plumbing, medical gas systems, and building structures, as required.
Position Qualification:
High School Diploma or GED Required.
Five years’ experience in healthcare as a maintenance technician performing maintenance activities on all building systems. Or seven years’ experience in similar environments as a maintenance technician performing maintenance activities on all building systems. Two years of experience is required if a trade or vocational school graduate.
