Groundskeeper/Maintenance Worker Express Employment Professionals Gatlinburg, TN 37738 Express Employment Professionals is hiring a Grounds Maintenance Worker for a local resort in Gatlinburg, TN.
Grounds Maintenance Worker Responsibilities:
Performs guest room and public area maintenance and repairs Carpentry, Plumbing, Painting, spackling (drywall) required Exterior building maintenance repairs as needed Cleaning and monitoring outdoor common areas Maintain pools and hot tubs Grounds maintenance Completes preventive maintenance checklists Good verbal communication Ability to lift 50lbs. Ability to walk and stand for extended periods of time Performs other duties as assigned
Grounds Maintenance Worker Qualifications:
Previous Maintenance experience or experience with carpentry, plumbing, painting, drywall, electrical, etc required.
Grounds Maintenance Worker Shift:
8am- 4:30pm or 4pm-12:30am weekends required Full-time Overtime may be available.
Maintenance Technician Responsibilities:

Maintenance Technician Qualifications:
