The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical and electrical background, with the ability to perform a variety of maintenance tasks in a commercial setting, including light carpentry. This role requires excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail. Duties Perform routine maintenance and repairs on facilities, including plumbing, electrical systems, HVAC units, and carpentry. Utilize mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and resolve issues with equipment and machinery used in a commercial business. Conduct inspections of premises and equipment to identify potential problems or safety hazards. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs performed. Use tools such as an ohmmeter to test electrical components and ensure proper functionality. Interpret schematics and technical drawings to assist in repair processes. Collaborate with other team members on larger maintenance projects. Requirements Proficiency in English for effective communication with team members and customers. Strong mechanical knowledge with experience in facilities maintenance. Familiarity with electrical systems, HVAC, Plumbing. Ability to read and understand schematics related to electrical systems and logic controllers. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Willingness to learn new skills and techniques related to maintenance tasks.
