The position is weekends, Saturday and Sunday at the Milner Recreation Facility. The position pays $14.00 / hour and has full access to the Milner Center amenities. The position is responsible for performing janitorial/custodial duties, installing and repairing equipment, preparing and maintaining sports fields, and a variety of tasks in the operation and maintenance of the department. Minimum Requirements Possession of a valid operator’s license Graduation from a standard high school or equivalent Lift and move 75 pounds safely and properly Physically able to work outside year round One year of sports field maintenance experience and lawn care experience Job Functions Receives and completes various forms, work orders, reports, and other documents Performs janitorial and custodial maintenance of recreational facilities grounds and buildings (to include restroom and trash disposal) Prepares set up for a variety of events Performs tasks related to sports field maintenance
