Position :
Maintenance Worker General Responsibilities:
Responsible for the maintenance of the facility on a day-to day basis if and as needed, while keeping the facility in compliance with the State codes.
Duties:
I. Plumbing 2. Electrical 3. Heating and Air Conditioning 4. Carpentry 5. Routine maintenance 6. Perform inspections of facility and equipment and submit reports as scheduled 7. Follow all applicable policies of Hollis Academy 8. Demonstrate competence in cultural knowledge, awareness, and sensitivity.
Qualifications and Experience:
Must have a high school diploma or the equivalent (GED).
NO FELONY CONVICTIONS.
Pay:
$15-$18 an hour depending on experience

Schedule:
8 hour shift On call
