The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical knowledge and experience in facilities maintenance. This role involves ensuring the upkeep and functionality of our facilities through routine maintenance tasks, repairs, and improvements. The Maintenance Person will work collaboratively with other team members to maintain a safe and efficient environment. Responsibilities Perform routine maintenance and repairs on various systems and equipment within the facilities. Supervise maintenance projects, ensuring they are completed on time and to specifications. Conduct residential painting to maintain the aesthetic appearance of the facilities. Fabricate parts or components as required for repairs or upgrades. Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols. Qualifications Proven experience in facilities maintenance or a related field is preferred. Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot various systems.
