Shift Details:

Wednesday and Thursday off; work all other days of the week. Position Overview As a Property Maintenance Supervisor, you will play a key role in ensuring vacation homes are well-maintained, safe, and welcoming for guests. This hands-on role involves performing a variety of maintenance tasks while upholding the company’s high standards of quality and service. Key Responsibilities Installing and setting fixtures to enhance property functionality and appearance.
Patching holes in walls to maintain structural integrity.
Performing touch-up painting for a polished and professional look.
Handling light electrical tasks, such as changing light bulbs and installing ceiling fans.

Requirements Experience:

 At least 1 year of maintenance experience at a resort or similar property.

Skills:

 Dependable, safety-focused, and willing to work overtime. Basic computer skills are a plus.

Teamwork:

 Ability to work well in a team environment.

Physical Demands:
