Qualifications and responsibilities for this Manufacturing Maintenance Manager position include: Minimum of 10 years’ experience in maintenance management within a manufacturing environment Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology, or related field preferred Proficiency in maintenance software such as E-Maintenance Expertise in PLC troubleshooting and maintenance of electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic systems Strong leadership skills with experience managing maintenance teams Implementation of preventative and reactive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime Budget oversight and cost-effective maintenance operations Knowledge of Lean principles and continuous improvement practices
Salary:
