Transportation Shop Foreman/Assistant Supervisor (12-month) 4.5 4.5 out of 5 stars 500 Hospital Dr, Wetumpka, AL 36092 Shop Foreman/Assistant Supervisor of Transportation Transportation Department Bachelor’s degree preferred. Must have or be able to obtain within six months after being employed an Alabama Commercial Driver’s License (CDL), Alabama School Bus Driver’s Certificate, and Alabama School Bus Driver Physical Examination or DOT Physical. In addition, applicant must demonstrate in the interview process the following: organizational skills, computer skills, oral and written communication skills, and automotive repair knowledge. In addition to supervising transportation employees, applicant will be responsible for working with the routing program as well as involvement in purchase orders and bids. Current employees of the Elmore County Board of Education who wish to apply must submit a Transfer Request through TalentED.
