Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic AirportMaintenance/Facilities Manager to oversee the efficient operationof our airport facility. The ideal candidate will be responsiblefor managing all aspects of airport operations, ensuring compliancewith safety regulations, and providing exceptional customerservice.
Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise airport staff,including maintenance, facilities, and administrative personnel-Manage airport facilities, ensuring cleanliness, safety, andfunctionality
- Oversee industrial maintenance activities andcoordinate repairs as needed
- Fabricate solutions to addressmaintenance issues efficiently
- Utilize mechanical knowledge totroubleshoot equipment problems
- Communicate effectively in Englishwith staff, passengers, and stakeholders
- Utilize ComputerizedMaintenance Management Systems (CMMS) for efficient maintenancetracking
- Implement maintenance management strategies to optimizeairport operations
- Maintain low voltage systems within the airportpremisesSkills
- Demonstrated leadership abilities in managingairport operations
- Proficiency in facilities management to ensuresmooth facility operations
- Strong background in industrialmaintenance practices
- Ability to fabricate solutions formaintenance challenges
