H&A is currently serving 16 major auto manufacturers nationwide and in Canada The Fleet Maintenance Manager is responsible for providing direction, either directly or indirectly, and to ensure that all repairs and maintenance are performed in compliance and with the Company’s safety and maintenance standards, and in compliance with all federal and state regulations. Coordinates outside fleet repairs to ensure maximum equipment uptime. Coordinates afterhours breakdown repairs with Volvo Action Service or Michelin Oncall. Reviews completed maintenance work for timeliness, completeness, accuracy, and quality; Ensure a high level of employee productivity. Maintain and balance inventories; Accurately record vehicle history. • Perform quality inspections/ audits on trucks and trailers. Qualifications:

Minimum- high school diploma; Associates or Tech School degree preferred, but not required. Must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in fleet maintenance management. • Team oriented, flexible, and focused on maintaining a high level of communication with management, coworkers, and vendors. Proven performance with task and time management.
