Role:
We’re looking for an experienced, highly organized, and solutions-oriented Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day field operations across our property portfolio. This role is essential to optimizing maintenance performance, streamlining renovation processes, and managing the operational backbone of our properties.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive reduction in work order completion time, ensuring timely and high-quality service delivery across all sites Oversee onsite supply and inventory control to avoid shortages and reduce unnecessary expenses Lead recruitment, onboarding, and training of maintenance technicians and other field staff Manage and report on unit renovation progress, ensuring projects are on time, within scope, and well-documented Monitor maintenance-related expenses, ensuring alignment with approved budgets and identifying cost-saving opportunities Collaborate with property managers to implement operational best practices and support site-level needs Conduct routine site visits to audit maintenance quality, safety standards, and operational effectiveness Evaluate vendor performance, negotiate contracts, and ensure vendor compliance with company standards Partner with leadership to implement strategic improvements and prepare reports on key operational
KPIs What We’re Looking For:
3+ years of experience in property management operations or multi-site facilities management Proven leadership and team-building skills, especially within maintenance or renovation teams Strong understanding of property management workflows, maintenance software (e.g., AppFolio, Yardi), and work order systems Excellent time management and multitasking abilities High attention to detail with a focus on process improvement and accountability Ability to travel regularly to properties across our portfolio Hands-on approach, willingness to roll up your sleeves, and get the job done
Preferred Qualifications:
