Maintenance Manager (Day Shift)

Direct Hire Summary:

Lead and coordinate all maintenance operations in an aluminum extrusion and machining facility. Ensure safety, quality, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness in line with company policies.

Key Responsibilities:

Ensure compliance with safety, OSHA, quality, and environmental standards. Lead, train, and evaluate maintenance staff; foster a culture of continuous improvement. Oversee maintenance of production equipment, facilities, and utilities. Develop and manage preventive/predictive maintenance programs. Collaborate with other departments and manage spare parts inventory. Diagnose equipment issues and implement long-term solutions. Maintain documentation and ensure effective cross-department communication.

Requirements:

10+ years of aluminum extrusion experience. 2+ years in a supervisory or leadership role. Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems. Experience with CMMS, Microsoft Office, and technical manuals. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Bachelor’s in Engineering or related field preferred (or equivalent experience). Able to lift 30-50 lbs and work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
