Role:
The Maintenance Supervisor at Windsor Apartments will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety, functionality, and aesthetic appeal of the property. This position is responsible for overseeing all maintenance activities, coordinating repairs, and managing a team of maintenance staff to deliver high-quality service to residents. The ideal candidate will implement preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and enhance the living experience for tenants. Additionally, the Maintenance Supervisor will be tasked with budget management for maintenance operations, ensuring that all expenditures align with company policies. Minimum Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent. Proven experience in a maintenance role, with at least 2 years in a supervisory position. Strong knowledge of building systems, including plumbing, electrical, and HVAC.
Preferred Qualifications:
Certification in facilities management or a related field. Experience in property management or real estate development. Familiarity with local building codes and safety regulations.
Responsibilities:
