About the Role We are seeking a full-time Service Manager who will lead our service team with a hands-on, in-person approach. You don’t need to know how to repair an RV—we’ll teach you the industry knowledge. What you do need is strong in-person leadership experience and the ability to manage a team confidently. This role is about leading people, keeping operations on track, and collaborating with other departments to ensure we provide the best possible service—helping raise the standards for the entire RV industry. Key Responsibilities Provide daily leadership and accountability to service technicians and service advisors Conduct daily performance meetings with service technicians and service advisors Maintain strong collaboration with the Parts Manager and other department leads Uphold scheduling and ensure production and efficiency goals are met Foster a respectful, team-centered culture that aligns with our company values Communicate clearly with team members, leadership, and guests as needed Coach employees on performance, policy adherence, and professional growth Help resolve escalated guest concerns in a timely and professional manner Maintain a clean, safe, and organized service area Use email, digital calendars, MS Office Systems, and other internal systems to stay organized and communicate effectively Who You Are A confident, in-person leader with experience managing people and teams Comfortable holding others accountable while motivating and supporting them Organized and able to manage scheduling, emails, and documentation with ease Proficient with basic computer skills—email, shared calendars, MS Office Systems, and internal systems A clear communicator who values teamwork across departments Calm under pressure and open to learning the RV industry Driven by values and committed to helping others grow

Note:

You do not need prior experience in RVs or automotive. We will train you on the RV side—but you must bring proven people management skills and basic computer competency. Full-Time:

Monday-Friday Saturdays as needed

Commission-Based Compensation :

Commission draws are provided weekly, but this comes out of your monthly commission. You will also receive monthly bonuses as part of your commission structure.
