Corporate Manager of Maintenance and EngineeringRapidly Growing Renewable Energy CompanySeattle Area Salary:

Up to $160,000 per year, based on experience Terrific Corporate Manager of Maintenance and Engineering position with a rapidly growing renewable energy company.

The Manager will be responsible for overseeing maintenance and engineering functions across multiple locations to support the facilities operations.

Responsibilities:

Oversee engineering and maintenance for multiple sites; ensure projects are completed on time and within budgetCreate and implement maintenance strategiesEstablish department budgets; identify areas for potential savings while maintaining standardsEnsure compliance with relevant regulations, codes, and standardsImplement continuous improvement initiativesProvide technical expertiseEnsure up-time and availability of manufacturing facilitiesManage and mentor a team of approximately 30 engineering and maintenance positions (direct and indirect reports)

Qualifications:

5+ of years relevant experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting providing engineering and maintenance managementBachelor’s degree in engineering, Master’s degree a plusAutomated manufacturing experience requiredThrive in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environmentExperience in a management position, strong leadership skillsAbility to thrive in a changing environmentExperience with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems, CMMS (eMaint a plus)Understanding of engineering principles and maintenance strategiesEqual opportunity employer.#J-18808-Ljbffr
