YOU:
HVAC trained and certified Skilled in all aspects of maintenance: plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, carpentry, pool Oversee, manage and direct all maintenance employees, procedures and operations Train new employees in maintenance work processes and safety procedures Perform evaluations of employees to ensure quality of work Record and track daily progress of maintenance team Communicate daily with the Property Manager Help create and adhere to maintenance operation budget Maintain current records for unit/building maintenance Ensure maintenance shop is kept clean and organized Manage proactively a critical parts list in maintenance shop Maintain vendor relationships and order maintenance supplies as needed Authorized to work in the US You will direct and oversee all daily maintenance activities including delegation of tasks, manage overall maintenance programs of the property, and implement/supervise preventative maintenance. You will insure completion of work orders within 24 hours and make-ready turn arounds in a timely manner. You will work hands-on as required or directed by Property Manager.
