Qualifications:

Prior experience in a service or leadership role in the automotive industry required. Minimum of 1 years Automotive Service Management experience required Minimum of 1 year Service Writing experience required Strong communication and organizational skills. Ability to motivate and guide team members. A customer-first mindset with a focus on quality service. Familiarity with automotive repair processes or willingness to learn.
