Responsibilities:
The Maintenance Supervisor will oversee the maintenance team, ensuring all machinery, equipment, and systems are operating at peak performance. This role is responsible for preventive maintenance scheduling, troubleshooting issues, managing repairs, and enforcing safety standards. Supervise and coordinate activities of maintenance staff on daily operations and long-term projects. Schedule and monitor preventive maintenance for machinery and facility systems. Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic issues and oversee timely repairs. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, work orders, and inventory. Ensure compliance with OSHA safety regulations and company policies. Train and mentor maintenance technicians to improve skill sets and productivity. Collaborate with production teams to minimize downtime and improve equipment reliability. Assist with capital projects, equipment installations, and upgrades as needed.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED required; technical degree or certifications preferred. Minimum 5 years of industrial maintenance experience, including 2+ years in a supervisory role. Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems. Experience with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) preferred. Ability to read and interpret blueprints, manuals, and schematics. Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
