Foundry Shift Superintendent Top Gun Staffing Inc Munford, AL 36268 2nd Shift Superintendent Seeking an experienced 2nd Shift Superintendent to oversee all aspects of evening shift operations, including production, quality, maintenance, and shipping. This leadership role focuses on maximizing efficiency, maintaining compliance, and driving team performance in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities Lead and supervise shift personnel to meet production goals and quality standards Ensure a safe, clean, and compliant work environment Communicate shift updates and priorities effectively across teams Monitor processes, troubleshoot operational issues, and drive continuous improvement Train team members and foster a culture of accountability and respect Review schedules, analyze performance data, and manage workflow adjustments Enforce company policies and address employee relations as needed Requirements Minimum 8 years of manufacturing leadership experience Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent experience considered Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills Familiarity with mechanical systems and ability to interpret blueprints Proven success managing cross-functional teams and production schedules Additional Info This role involves active floor supervision and requires physical movement throughout a high-temperature, high-noise environment. Use of standard PPE is required. Must pass a background check, physical, and drug screen.
