Perform routine inspections and maintenance on high voltage and low voltage electrical systems. Utilize logic controllers to troubleshoot and resolve equipment malfunctions effectively. Supervise maintenance staff, providing guidance and support in daily operations. Conduct repairs using tools such as voltmeters to assess electrical systems and diagnose issues. Implement a comprehensive maintenance management program to track work orders, schedules, and inventory. Collaborate with other departments to coordinate maintenance tasks without disrupting operations. Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities and report on performance metrics. Experience Proven experience in facilities management or a related field is essential. Strong knowledge of electrical systems, including high voltage and low voltage applications. Familiarity with logic controllers and their operation is preferred. Experience supervising teams or managing projects is advantageous.
