This job was posted by https://www.arjoblink.arkansas.gov : For moreinformation, please see: https://www.arjoblink.arkansas.gov/jobs/4490530Maverick Tube Corporation in Blytheville, AR seeks BMGMechanic/Hydraulic L4 (multiple positions) to define, develop andexecute maintenance inspection and maintenance plans in quality andquantity to assure achieving the maintenance performance goals assignedto the area of responsibility. Define, develop and execute PIN plans tocomply with the general and specific safety and well keeping of people,installations and equipment. Ensure the compliance of the safety goals,by applying safety policies; implement needed corrective andpreventative safety activities. Ensure proper understanding andapplication of safety and environmental policies and procedures by thepersonnel in the area of responsibility. Ensure the safe execution ofall maintenance activities. Ensure prompt correction of unsafeconditions and promote safe behaviors in the personnel in the area ofresponsibility. Perform failure and root cause analysis, focusing on themaintenance of significant failures. Establish and execute the propercorrective action plan to eliminate or reduce the root causes. Define,develop, and execute master plans to continue improve the maintenanceperformance, focusing on safety, reliability and maintainability.

Responsible for programming the necessary maintenance activities inprogrammed repairs and REX to achieve the maintenance performance goalsand determined according to inspection plans, maintenance plans, masterplans, and failures/root-cause analysis action plans. Plans and executesPM days and REX. Guarantee the availability of spare parts; ensureminimum stock while optimizing storage costs. Maintain technical recordsin the maintenance management system updated (SAP PM). Propose andparticipate in redesign machines or components with the MaintenanceEngineering support, seeking improvements in reliability andmaintainability. Elaborate the maintenance costs budget and onceapproved, monitor its compliance. Perform, plan, and/or facilitate theexecution of inspection plans using predictive technics and/ortechnologies. On call in case of emergency.
